Terms of Service
These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from AnimeFoot. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are
This site is operated by AnimeFoot ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout these terms, "you" means the person browsing the site or placing an order.
2. Using this site
You must be at least 16 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to place an order. If you're under that age, you may only order with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with how it works, or to copy or scrape its content for commercial use.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt — it isn't acceptance. A contract is formed when we email you to say your order has shipped.
We may refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, if:
- the item is out of stock or no longer available
- there was an error in the price or product description
- we suspect fraud, resale, or a breach of these terms
- we can't ship to your address
- the customisation requested breaches section 6
If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund you in full.
We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes, which are shown or explained before you pay.
Prices can change at any time before you place an order. Once your order is placed, the price is fixed.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we're not obliged to fulfil it at that price. We'll contact you to cancel and refund, or to offer the correct price.
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout, and every transaction is encrypted.
6. Custom and personalised items
Where you add a name, number or your own artwork to a product, you confirm that:
- you own the rights to what you submit, or have permission to use it
- it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights
- it is not offensive, hateful, obscene, or unlawful
- the spelling, numbers and details you entered are correct
We may refuse or cancel any customisation at our discretion, and we'll refund you in full if we do. We are not obliged to explain a refusal, and refusing one request doesn't oblige us to refuse or accept another.
You are responsible for what you ask us to print. You agree to cover any claim, loss or cost we face as a result of artwork or wording you supplied.
Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. Your rights over faulty or incorrectly printed items are unaffected — see our Returns & Refunds page.
7. Product descriptions and images
We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we don't warrant that every description, image or measurement is completely free of error.
Colours can look different from one screen to another, and slight variation in print position or shade is normal in garment printing. This alone isn't a fault.
8. Shipping and returns
Delivery times, costs and customs are covered on our Shipping page. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered on our Returns & Refunds page. Both form part of these terms.
9. Our intellectual property
The AnimeFoot name, logo, site design, text, graphics and photography are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that item, not of any design or brand rights in it.
10. Content you submit
If you send us a review, photo, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You keep ownership of it.
You confirm that the content is yours to share and doesn't breach anyone's rights. We may remove any submitted content at any time.
11. Availability of the site
We don't guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or any product, at any time without notice.
12. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment providers and shipping carriers. We aren't responsible for their content, policies or performance, and using them is at your own risk under their own terms.
13. Disclaimer
Except where the law says otherwise, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the site or from any product.
Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
15. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against any claim, loss, cost or demand arising from your breach of these terms, or from artwork or content you submitted to us.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. Please check back before ordering again.
17. Governing law
[ADD YOUR JURISDICTION HERE] — these terms are governed by the laws of that place, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
18. If part of these terms doesn't apply
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
